    I heard they were gonna one up the 7pm (weekends only), and start at 6pm
    Saturday to 6AM Monday, for no extra cost :)

    *My* Saturdays start at 9 *AM*. Can't beat that!

    I thought weekends started at 9pm on Friday night. If that's not so, at
    what point on Friday night (until 9AM Saturday) are we not on unlimited
    nights and weekends? I'm so confused!

    Some companies treat weekends that way, Nadyne, but Verizon doesn't.
    ....From the Verizon Wireless "User Guide" for new users:

    "Generally, night hours are 9:01 pm=965:59 am, Monday through Friday and =
    weekend hours are 12:00 am Saturday through 11:59 pm Sunday."

    Thanks, but I'm still confused. If I have unlimited nights and weekends,
    does it make any difference at 11pm Friday night whether I'm unlimited
    because it's Friday after 9pm but before midnight?

    Most plans offer free nights AND weekends, so as far as these users are
    concerned, 9:01pm Friday -> 5:59am Monday is their "weekend":

    9:01pm Friday -> 11:59pm Friday being "night"
    12:00am Saturday -> 11:59pm Sunday being "weekend"
    12:00am Monday -> 5:59am Monday being "night"

    But some of us have "weekend" promotions, which are

    12:00am Saturday -> 11:59pm Sunday.

    Peter is joking around. So am I. Don't worry about it. Weekends start at
    9pm on Friday.

    No, because Friday 9pm through Saturday 5:59am would be offpeak anyhow. It
    just happens to be offpeak in two ways: it's night hours *and* weekend hours.

    Doesn't matter for the majority of us who have both free nights AND free
    weekends. But there have been plans in the past where you only got one or the
    other.

    I apologize for confusing you :(

    Really! Most people's Saturdays start at 12:01 a.m. on Saturday
    morning.
