How-to Add and Manage Groups and Contacts on Your LG Lucid

How-To: Add a New Contact on Your LG Lucid.

1. Tap the "Contacts" icon found on the Home screen.
2. Press the "Add contact" icon found at the left of the "Search" bar.
3. Tap the "First Name" field and enter the desired name.
4. Tap "Next" and type in the last name of your contact.
5. Press "Next" once more and type in the contact's phone number.
6. Tap "Save" and you're done.

How-To: Add a Picture to a Contact.

1. Access the "Contacts" menu.
2. Select the desired contact.
3. Press the "Menu" sensitive key on your LG Lucid.
4. Tap the "Edit contact" icon.
5. Press the "Picture" icon found at the top-left corner of the screen.
6. Select the "Pick from Gallery" option.
7. Browse through your photos and select the desired one.
8. Crop the picture and tap the "Save" button twice.

How-To: Assign a Ringtone to a Contact.

1. Follow the first three steps mentioned in the tutorial above.
2. Select "Options".
3. Tap "Ringtone".
4. Select the preferred ringtone for your contact and press "OK".

How-To: Assign a Speed Dial to a Contact on Your LG Lucid.

1. Tap the "Contacts" icon.
2. Select the desired contact and press the "Menu" sensitive key on your device.
3. Tap "Edit contact".
4. Press the "Seed Dial" icon found at the right of the contact's phone number.
5. Select the desired speed dial number and tap "Save".

How-To: Create a Group on Your LG Lucid.

1. Tap the "Contacts" icon.
2. Press the "Groups" tab located at the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Tap the "Menu" sensitive key on your device.
4. Tap the "New Group" icon.
5. Select the desired group type.
6. Type in a group name in the corresponding field.
7. Tap the "Add members" button.
8. Select the members you wish to add to your newly created group.
9. Press "Done" then "Save".

2. Select the group you to which you wish to add the preferred contact.
3. Press the "Menu" sensitive button on your LG Lucid.
4. Tap the "Add contacts" icon.
5. Select the contact (or contacts) you wish to add to the previously specified group and tap "Add".
