I can't find the message, but someone said they were a verizon employee and
said some set up was wrong in the T720 series phone. If I remember correctly
you went into the hidden menu (hidden menu code) (security code) then 'ext.
NAM', 'NAM1' and someone said the amps or cdma was set at 4152 but should be
    set to 2014 or something?

I just had my t720 replaced, and everything was back to the defaults. The store
employee changed it on the original phone, but didn't change it this time. What
    was the setting?

    Thanks

When you OTA on a VSeries, the AMPS is often written w/
the SID value. Changing AMPS to '2004' fixes many of
these problems. (Only moto has this problem)

Some time around Tue, 07 Oct 2003 00:49:57 -0000 (give or take a month), someone
called /dev/null@nospam.com (tg w) rambled on about:

Thanks, I guess I didn't mark that message to keep.
