Automatc payment problem

    All companies should be held to that standard, whether the call is
    being recorded or not. If you aren't absolutely certain that your
    company does what you claim it will, don't make the claim. It's that
    simple. If you don't know, tell the caller that you have to check.
    Any caller who wants every rep to know every decision the company has
    ever made is being totally unreasonable. Typical, but totally
    unreasonable.

    Did you get to the confirmation number screen? Did you get a
    confirming email? If you did they accepted the payment, so whether
    they posted it or not is their problem, not yours. (They'll tell you
    it's yours, but their legal department will tell them it's theirs.)

    If you didn't get either you never made the payment. (I just paid my
    September bill [due on October 10] a few hours ago. The first time,
    when I hit "Agree", I got a "MyAccount is no longer available" screen.
    If I had assumed that the payment was made, I would eventually have
    been sent a late notice.)
