Bad news for Verizon Extended Network in Upper Maine (latest

  2. Perhaps the monthly fee for maintaining the roaming agreement(s)
    is too high for the amount of actual minutes of roaming use of verizon's
    customers. I don't think roaming agreements just charge for minutes used.
