How-to BlackBerry KEY2 LE: Block/Unblock Incoming Calls and Messages, Manage Call Forwarding

    Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

    1. Open “Contacts
    2. Access “All contacts
    3. Select the contact you want to block
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu
    5. Enable “All calls to voicemail

    Unblock Calls from a Contact:

    1. Open “Contacts
    2. Go to “All contacts
    3. Select the contact you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu
    5. Disable “All calls to voicemail

    Block Messages:

    1. Open Google Messages
    2. Select the conversation exchanged with the number/contact whose messages you want to block
    3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options
    4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
    5. Press “OK” to confirm

    NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact/phone number will be archived. Notification alerts are disabled for archived messages.

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Launch Google Messages
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived
    3. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive
    5. Tap “Menu” again and go to “People & Options
    6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]” to confirm

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings
    3. Go to “Call forwarding” and edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively, select a contact from the phonebook
    4. Tap “Enable” to confirm

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone
    2. Tap “Menu
    3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding
    4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered” “When unreachable” or “When busy
    5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
    6. Tap “Enable” / “Update

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone
    2. Tap “Menu
    3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding
    4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off and tap “Disable
