Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:
    1. Connect the BlackBerry Priv to your computer via USB
    2. On the phone’s home screen, swipe the “Status” bar down
    3. Make sure “Media device (MTP)” is enabled
    4. On the computer, open the File Explorer
    5. Use the Explorer to locate the audio files on your computer
    6. Copy the files you want to use for ringtones and notifications
    7. Transfer the files on the phone storage, either on the “Internal Storage” or “SD Card” directories, preferably in the “Media” > “Ringtones” / “Notifications” folder(s)
    8. After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord
    Change the General Ringtone:
    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Go to “Settings
    3. Scroll to and tap “Sound & Notification
    4. Tap “Phone ringtone
    5. Select the ringtone you want to use and press “Back” to save the changes
Change the Ringtone for a Specific Contact:

NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be set to contacts located on the phone’s internal memory or the SIM card.

    3. Select the desired contact
    4. Tap “Edit” (icon shaped like a pencil)
    5. Tap “Menu” > “Set ringtone

    2. Launch “Settings
    3. Tap “Sound & notification
    4. Tap “Default notification ringtone
    5. Select the desired notification sound
