Will I be able to use my LG6100 in Cabo San Lucas?
I am on the AC 2500 family share program.
Going there in Feb of 06

    Thanks

You certainly do plan ahead! But re-ask the question next year before you
depart. With the pace of change in cellulardom, who can know what will be
    there then?

I am assuming that as of now you can not. I just found out that I have to go
    on a company sponsored trip.

He is refering to that fact that you said Feb 6, as this is the Feb 19 it
would be hard to predict what would be happing in Feb 6, 06.

  5. As of a couple months ago my Verizon phone *DID* work in Cabo San Lucas
(actually it worked great!). You just had to dial 001 + area code and phone
number to call back to the USA. Inbound calls worked fine as well
    (including callerID!)

Before you leave you will need to call CS and tell them to add
"International Roaming" (this is a zero cost feature, it just allows you to
    use your phone overseas).

I think I only got billed 69cents per minute for calls to and from the
USA... (they were delayed billing by about a month).
