Call waiting problems on the VX6000

    When I receive a call when I'm already on the line, I hit SEND like you are supposed to so I can click over to the other line, BUT it doesn't work. I can sit there and push SEND repeatedly and the phone wont click over. I already took my other VX6000 back to Verizon because of the same problem and now its doing it again. Anyone else with a VX6000 have the same problem?

    dial *611 3 0 and talk to customer service.......

    DUDE! That was a weak reply. That's the obvious thing to do..if you can help him you shouldnt just say anything. I thought that was really rude :flamemad: .
