Class action lawsuit against cellular Phone insurer's

    If it's like most class action suits you probably will get next to
    nothing and the lawyers will buy a spare Lexus with the money that
    *they* get from the suit.

    Something about lockline. I would reply that you *do not* want to
    be part of the class. The lawyers fee will probably be determined
    by headcount. Your settlement if you are part of the class will most
    likely be minute. I believe if you withdraw from the class you can
    sue individually if you think you've been wronged but cannot if you
    are part of the class and don't agree with the settlement.
