Declined for 2nd line

    I've been a Verizon customer for 10years and never had my phone shut off due to non-payment. Now I'm wanting to add a 2nd line. I got declined due to credit check. Do they run a full credit check? How is that fair if I don't even get credit for each month I'm current? I have no outstanding utilities, no old debts with other cell phone providers...Suggestions?

    Also I got declined when trying to add 2nd line online. Not sure if going into the store makes a difference or not
