    I was told by a friend that they could not call out on their phone but could get phone calls because after months Verizon said they need to pay a deposit when originally they told her she didnt need to. It seems strange to me that they would do this after months. Is it possible that Verizon would not request the deposit upfront.
    She was originally on her ex-boyfriend's plan then called to set up her own account and was told she didnt need to give a deposit, but now they said she needs to.
    I just feel this is strange and since I do not have Verizon I have no clue if this is true or not.
