Yes they do. You should keep this in mind if when purchasing minutes so you do not waste minutes

Once applied to your account, payments expire as follows:

    • $15$29.99 payments expire in 30 days
    • $30$74.99 payments expire in 90 days
    • $75$99.99 payments expire in 180 days
    • $100 or more payments expire in 365 days

If you make a payment to your account before your expiration date, any unused balance will carry over and expire on your new expiration date.

For example, if you purchase $20 worth of minutes on Jan 1st, then any unused minutes will expire on Jan 30th. However, if you purchase another $20 worth on Jan 29th, and you have $5 worth of min left then that $5 worth will then expire on Feb 28th along with the new $20 worth.
