Well, that is nice, but too little too late.

After using ATTWS, Tmobile, and A Verizon phone side by side for the
last 12 or more days, I've decided to stay with Verizon.

The factors that most strongly effected my decision were 1) Coverage,
    2) Phone: Kyocera 3)reputation

I really liked the Tmobile people that I met at the retail store.
Even when I returned their phone and told them I was going with
Verizon they were very nice and didn't give me any problems.

The sad thing about this is that I didn't know how bad I had it
(signal and coverage) until ATTWS angered me. I would still be with
them had they had a human being available to solve my problem over the
phone instead of making me jump through hoops to fix their mistake.

Poor customer service is what cost them my business.

Yep. Many companies haven't figured out that keeping current customers by
offering good customer support is just as important as getting new ones.
