I am trying to find out why when I go to m.google.com/mail that I get a message that says my VX9700 is not supported when I am using my VX11000 Env Touch. I used bitpim with the VX9700 settings before bitpim supported the VX11000 and I thought that was the reason. I have since transferred ringtones with the latest version of bitpim set to VX11000 and m.google.com/mail still says that I am using a VX9700.

Could someone who has not used bitpim to transfer anything to the VX11000 go to m.google.com/mail and let me know what model number it is reporting for you? I am not sure if it is my phone of if it is google.

    Thanks....

moved this to its own thread

It sounds to me like Google isn't detecting the phone.
