How can I leave secret voice mails on a friends verizon phone? By this I
    mean:

I want to leave a voice mail without calling and ringing their phone. I know
in the past I've come across a verizon number where I can choose to leave a
voice mail, then input the persons number, and leave a message without
    calling their phone directly.

anyone know how to do what I'm referring to?

How about going to *your* voice mail. Option 2 is to
    send a message?

Call the voicemail "backdoor" number for the market that phone is located
in, enter his number and leave your message.
