How to set date and time on VX6000?

    Can't find the setting in the menu...it's not under display/clock.

    You don't set either on a cell phone. It gets very accurate time from the
    system when you turn the phone on.

    That's what I thought...but my phone didn't change to reflect daylight savings
    time, which started yesterday. Maybe it takes a while to update?

    Nope, turn it off and back on, make a call, travel between cell areas with
    the phone turned on (personally, off and on is the easiest, unless it's a
    nice day, the old lady is grumpy, and there's gas in my sports car :)

    Sometimes a tower will not transmit the new time for a day or so. It usually
    fixes itself if you do nothing.
