is trimode that big a deal?

    Exactly, I could use the 7868 on the Americ's Choice plan, but I could not
    use the 7760 on it.

    I think it does. It had perfect reception in a room where a Motorola V120E
    could barely get a signal. I only wish the battery lasted longer.

    its not a big deal if you are always in d zone but out in MT analog most
    the time if wish to hit all towers need tri band

    Depends on where you are. In some markets Sprint is actually more usable
    than Verizon.
