    Yes, that's a big issue. Another big issue, which I've already mentioned,
    is that Verizon need to put in plain view, on its website, the list of
    holidays billed offpeak, and what happens if a holiday falls on a Sunday.

    Yes, that's a big issue. Another big issue, which I've already mentioned,
    is that Verizon need to put in plain view, on its website, the list of
    holidays billed offpeak, and what happens if a holiday falls on a Sunday.
