How-to LG K20 V: Block/Unblock Calls & Messages; Manage Caller ID and Call Forwarding

    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. Open “Phone
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings
    3. Tap “Call blocking & Decline with Message
    4. Tap “Blocked numbers” > “+” and perform one of the following steps:
      • To block a contact: select the contact you want to block and tap “Done
      • To block a call log entry: select it and tap “Done
      • To block a phone number: enter it and tap “Save
    Unblock Calls:

    1. Launch “Phone
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings
    3. Tap “Call blocking & decline with message
    4. Go to “Blocked numbers
    5. Select the number you want to unblock
    6. Tap “Delete” > “Yes

    Block Messages:

    1. Launch “Messaging
    2. Tap “Menu
    3. Tap “Register spam numbers
    4. Select whether or not to “Delete all messages of the selected number
    5. Tap “Yes” to confirm

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Open “Messaging
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Spam numbers
    3. Tap “Spam settings
    4. Go to “Spam numbers
    5. Tap the “Trash can” icon associated with the phone number you want to unblock
    6. Tap “Delete” > “Yes

    Block Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Open Google “Messenger
    2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
    3. Tap “Menu” > “People & options
    4. Tap “Block [phone number / contact]”

    NOTE: The blocked phone number/contact and future messages will be archived. You will not receive message notifications for archived messages.

    Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Launch Google “Messenger
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Blocked contacts
    3. Tap “Unblock

    NOTE: The contact and message thread will be removed from archived.

    Manage Caller ID Settings:

    1. Open “Phone
    2. Tap “Menu
    3. Go to “Call settings” > “More
    4. Tap “Additional settings
    5. Access “Caller ID
    6. Select “Network default”, “Hide number” or “Show number

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone
    2. Tap “Menu
    3. Go to “Call settings
    4. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding
    5. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select the desired contact from the phonebook
    6. Tap “Turn on

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings
    3. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding
    4. Under “Forward if”, select to forward incoming calls when “Busy”, “Unanswered” or “Unreachable
    5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select a contact form the phonebook
    6. Tap “Turn on” / “Update

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone
    2. Tap “Menu
    3. Go to “Call settings
    4. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding
    5. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn OFF
    6. Tap “Turn off” to confirm
