How-to LG V30: Manage Incoming Calls, Messages, Call Logs, and Call Forwarding Settings

    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. Launch “phone” and go to “Call logs
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings
    3. Tap “Call blocking & decline with message
    4. Tap “Blocked numbers
    5. Tap “+” and select “New number” “Contacts” or “Call logs
    6. Enter the phone number you want to block or select a call log entry
    7. Tap “Done

    Unblock Incoming Calls:

    1. Launch “Phone
    2. Access “Call logs” and tap “Menu” > “Call settings
    3. Go to “Call blocking & decline with message
    4. Access “Blocked numbers
    5. Tap the “Trash can” icon associated with the phone number you want to unblock
    6. Tap “Remove” to confirm

    Block Incoming Messages:

    1. Open Messaging
    2. Tap the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Block number
    4. Tap “Block” to confirm

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Open “Messaging
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings
    3. Go to “Message blocking” > “Blocked numbers
    4. Tap the “Trash can” icon associated with the phone number you want to unblock
    5. Tap “Remove” to confirm

    Reset the Call Log:

    1. Open “Phone
    2. Go to “Call logs
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Clear all

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone
    2. Access “Call logs” > “Menu” > “Call settings
    3. Under “Advanced” tap “More” > “Call forwarding
    4. Select to “Always forward
    5. Enter the phone number or select the contact you want to use for call forwarding
    6. Tap “Turn On

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone
    2. Access “Call logs
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings
    4. Tap “More” under “Advanced
    5. Go to “Call forwarding
    6. Under “Forward if” select “Unreachable” “Unanswered” or “Busy
    7. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
    8. Tap “Enable” / “Update
    9. Select an existing account and tap “Turn On

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone
    2. Access “Call logs” and tap “Menu
    3. Tap “Call settings” > “More” > “Call forwarding
    4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
    5. Tap “Turn Off” to confirm
