    Hey everybody
I hope someone can help me out. I recently got the 5200 and surely enough I started to have the same problem I had with my old cell. Dust began to collect under the faceplate inside the screen area. I know that this is problem with a lot of cell phones, dust gets inside the screen area, but it's annoying. I was wondering if there is a way to clean the screen, remove the faceplate...etc. I can live with it but it seriously bugs me. Any suggestions?
Also has anyone had any big problems with the screen on this phone? Just curious. Thanks for your help.

how long have you had your phone?

call LG 800-793-8896 to see if it's covered under their warranty

Actually I have only had it for about a week or 2. I believe it's covered for a year.

if it's under 15 days take it back to the store you got it from and they should replace it.

Is there any point in replacing it if it's a common problem with this particular phone...or is it just mine? Just want to be sure before I replace it and end up having the same issue...

it shouldn't matter as long as you take it to a corporate store.
