LG VX6000 and PTT

I'm a huge newbie so pleez be kind. currently, i have a TM510 but it's
gettin old and my contract is up in October. although the phone's slowly
dying(sometimes shuts off randomly, buttons need to be pushed harder due
to excessive amounts of texting), i'm tryin to hold out as long as
possible so that I can get the best/newest phone. I've been looking at
the VX6000 and i think that's the one i want, but Verizon came out with
their new push to talk thing, much like Nextel's. Although this feature
is not a necesity, i'd like to try and get the most features so that i
will be able to keep this phone for a longer period of time and have it
not be outdated. Does anyone have any idea if LG will be making a
version of the VX6000 with the push to talk or any other new features?

  2. I'd go wiht the current LG 6000 and forgo the PTT for the moment. PTT
now is like the first fax machines when they first came out. Its not
really all that great unless you have someone to use it with. That's why
its currently targeted to businesses, where for now it makes sense.

newbie... go back and read through the last couple weeks' worth of
messages in this group and your question will be answered SEVERAL TIMES.
