Live not working - PLEASE HELP

    I recently bought a motorola razr from amp'd mobile. The activation process went fine and I can make calls without problems, usually with 5 bars too. However whenever I attempt to go to the "My Stuff" folder or the "Amp'd Live" icon, the loading screen with the amp'd logo comes up as if it is opening the application. But after about 10 seconds it displays "No Service" at the top of the screen and goes back to the main menu as if nothing happened. Customer service was relatively useless, so my question is has ANYONE experieced this problem or know how to resolve it? Thanks.

    I am well within the broadband coverage area (Rochester, NY) according to their online map however this problem persitsts wherever I go.
