  1. How do I manually activate my Motorola V3m Razr. I'm outside the VZW
network currently so I have to activate manually. How is this done?
BTW-*228 does not work in Alaska

    Thanks in Advance

It's www.verizonwireless.com not what DonR linked to

DonR and jfelix76 while that may work, I'd do it from your home area.
If you are in an Extended Network location or Roaming this isn't going to
    work properly.

Using the web will get your phone esn loaded into the system; but you will
still need to update your phone, as you asked. Call CS, and they will walk
you thru the manual coding of your phone. A few beeps/buttons, but nothing
really difficult. First chance, do a *228, to get the latest PRLs into your
phone. Wouldn't want you to roam, and not know it.... depending on your
    plan of course. dr
