#MIN on VZW Reseller account?

I have an America's Choice plan through a reseller. Because the reseller
sells it as their own brand, my bill comes from them and I'm suppose to deal
with them for customer service rather than calling Verizon Wireless.

I've noticed when I dial 611 I still get Verizon customer service. When I
dial other things, like #MIN, I still get Verizon Wireless. But, they can't
access my account so #MIN doesn't know how many minutes I've used. Aside
from having to call the reseller during normal business hours and harass
them, is there any automated way to check how many minutes were used? Or is
that information just not available in such cases?

I also noticed some interesting behavior when I tried to see if the
verizonwireless.com website would let me register to access my account
information online. It asks for my phone number, last four of my social
security number, and billing zip code. When I put the correct information
in, it takes me to the page that asks for you to login with an existing user
ID and password, or click another link to register for an account... That
link takes you right back to the page asking for the phone number, social
security number, and billing zip code again. However, if I put the info in
incorrectly then instead of taking me to the page that says I need to login
with my username and password, it takes me to a page that says my
    information is invalid.

It seems that VerizonWireless.com is able to verify that my account
information is in their system and it exists, but because it's not direct
through VZW they kick me off.

I guess I'll just have to put up with the inconvinence... But considering
I'm paying $12.24 less a month with no contract agreement, it is probably
    worth it.

As a reseller acct, that number issued to you is just listed as a number
that is billed to Cellular 4 Less. You and your info dont even exist in
Verizons Billing Computer. Every month Verizon creates a billing history of
number xxxxxxxxxx onto a magnetic media of some sort ,and then sends to
Cellular 4 Less. They in turn send to their Billing Dept (usually handled
outsource. Companies exist that do nothing but run bills for Wireless
Companies, big and small) They match up the Verizon Billing History for your
number with the Account Info for you in their Customer Base and Joila, they
    send you a bill.
As to the features, they just disable or reroute WEB pages as best suites
their needs. Allowing you to access 611 is prolly just as easy as blocking
it. Anytime if you were to talk to 611 they would just say we are sorry,
that Number belongs to a reseller and we cannot help you, as you may well
    know.
