I am unable to access the phone via the dku-5 cable. The computer
recognizes the cable but not the phone itself. Using the Nokia Phone
Suite software. I only need to access the phone for the calendar and
    contact info. TIA.

  2. I've used this cable and that phone with no problem. When you went through
the software setup did you "add" the device via cable?

I installed the software first, then attached the cable. That is what
the installation directions said. Did I install it wrong?

I installed the software first, rebooted the computer, then attached the
cable. Did I do it incorrectly? Did you have a Verizon phone?
