New Every 6 Months?

  1. Did you actually expect customer satisfaction on a problem like this from
    Verizon? If they gave you or sold you a phone at a lower cost they may go
    bankrupt.

    You can't purchase one at the promotional price because your contract
    isn't up yet, and therefore, they haven't recouped the full cost of
    the phone you broke. If you didn't have insurance, then try eBay.
    And did you inquire how much it would cost for them to replace the
    screen as a non-warranty repair? Sometimes it's not as much as you
    would think. And sometimes they'll just swap you out a refurbished
    one for a flat charge.
