I have had my LG VX9800 for sometime now. I dl the new version of BitPim and was able to use it with ease. My phone started to periodically shut on and off by it self. So I went and had my software updated. Now when ever I add a new ringtone it reboots as soon as I access the Ringtones folder in my phone. Anyone know what is cxausing this and what I can do to fix the problem??? PLEASE HELP! Thanx! :flamemad:

Verizon has nothing to do with bitpim.

I think that bitpim just hasn't caught up with the new "Software" update.

    I will look into this.
