    Factory Reset

WARNING! By factory resetting your phone, your personal data stored on the device’s internal memory will be deleted. This includes ringtones, media files, apps, contacts, downloads etc. In addition, all setting will be restored to factory values, but data located on the SD storage and SIM card won’t be affected.

NOTE: Before resetting the device, you can check this thread for a guide on how to back up app data, and this thread for a guide on restoring data.

    Factory Reset via Settings:

    1. Open “Settings
    2. Access “Cloud and accounts

    6. Tap “Reset” > “Factory data reset
    7. Tap “Reset” again
    8. If your device is protected by a lock screen, enter your password/PIN and tap “Continue
    9. Tap “Delete all

    2. Press and hold “Volume Up” “Power” and the “Home”/”Bixby” buttons at the same time
    3. At the Android screen, release the buttons

    5. Highlight “Wipe data/factory reset
    6. Press “Power” again to select the highlight
    7. Next, highlight “Yes – delete all user data” and press “Power
    8. Once done, ensure “Reboot system now” is highlighted and press “Power

    Reset Network Settings:

NOTE: When you reset network settings, your saved Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections will be deleted. Additionally, background sync settings, data restrictive settings, and network selection mode will be restored to factory values.

    1. Launch “Settings

    3. Tap “Reset” > “Reset network settings
