An android data backup app could transfer data between samsung and computer, you need to connect your phone to computer and start the app, then the app would detect your phone data automatically, you can select and check those files you want to backup.

To backup Samsung phone data, I recommend Android Mobile Manager, a professional tool to manage, transfer, backup and restore Android devices. For Samsung contacts, you can backup Samsung phone contacts to computer with it.
