I only tested it on LG VX6000 and Audiovox CDM 8900 phones. But it
should work on other phones as well. Here's a link:
http://www.myPhoneFiles.com/software, you can also download ringtones,
pictures, and voicetones straight to Verizon phones. Let me know what
    you guys/gals think!

When you say "stright to Verizon phones", you mean through the datacable
    right?

Got me all excited for a minute, I thought someone had broken through
    Verizon's website/DownLoadFun limits... Heh

So, where exactly does the new ringtone/wallpaper show up after you upload
it to your 8900? Media Gallery, or shows up in your default
    wallpaper/ringtone section?

    Thanks

Ah, never mind, I found the answer on your site, you are asking the users to
send the pix to themselves via vzwpix.com. The software really doesn't do
the sending part, it is basically only a sound file editor... At least for
    an Audiovox 8900.

    Thanks.

If you are a Verizon user make sure you send anything to your vzwpix.com
address (yournumber@vzwpix.com). That's the only way it will work. Once the
message arrives on your phone, the phone will download the file and you have
to choose "Options", then "Save pix" or "Save audio", depending what you
    downloaded.

You can make your own 'voice ringers' on a VX6000 without the aid of any
    external software!

That doesn't work on a 4400, does it?
