Software Version in LG VX4400

Does anyone have a summary of the changes in software version 08 for the
VX4400? I've seen the list for software through V06, but would like to see
what has been changed in 07 and 08.

I've heard rumors of better signal strength (though I'm not sure that is
possible) and live in a fringe area where that would be very beneficial.
    Anyone have such a document?

    Thanks!

Noone has that information that can pass it on without violating NDAs and
employment contracts and other things. LG consider the information of
earth shattering performance and would cause their entire company to implode
if anyone outside of Verizon ever found out about it.

Personally I think it is about time LG pulled their collective heads out
of wherever they have stuck them and get with the program. Their manual
is pathetic, yet they could put something better up on their web site.
The only support options are email and phones. Surely it doesn't take
a rocket scientist to add things like frequently asked questions on
the web site. And what exactly is the harm in telling people what issues
you have fixed so that their experience gets better. They need a big
    visit from the Clue Train.

My take on this is that they don't want a gazillion folks coming in for a
    firmware update.

And that explains a crappy manual, and no 'FAQ' or similar stuff on their
    website?

Actually when they foolishly tried to set their lawyers on me, the explanation
I was given was that the information would be very beneficial to their
    competition.
