How-to Take/Share Pictures and Change the Camera Effects with the LG Lucid 2

    Taking a Picture

    1. Go to the Home screen and tap Camera.
    2. Or, you can quickly access the camera from the lock screen if you touch and drag the Camera icon to the center of the screen.
    3. Once the Camera is open, frame your subject and tap the Camera icon to take a photo.

    Zooming in and Out

    1. Go to the Home screen and tap Camera.
    2. Frame your subject.
    3. Then if you want to zoom in, simple pinch two fingers outwards on the screen.
    4. When you want to zoom out, pinch your fingers inwards on the screen.

    Turning the Flash On or Off

    1. Go to the Home screen and tap Camera.
    2. To turn the Flash On or Off, just tap the Flash icon located near the Settings.
    3. Then select the desired option, you can turn it Off, On or leave it on Auto.

    Changing from the Rear-facing Camera to the Front-facing Shooter

    1. From the Home screen, tap Camera.
    2. To change the camera mode, just tap the Camera Rotate icon located at the top left corner of the screen.

    Selecting a Camera Effect

    1. From the Home screen, tap Camera.
    2. Then tap the Settings icon located at the bottom left corner of the screen.
    3. Here you’ll see a bunch of options. If you’d like to change the color effect, just scroll down until you see Color effect and tap it -> then select the color effect that you’d like to use. Choose from Mono, Sepia, Negative or None.

    Setting a Picture You Shot as Wallpaper

    1. Go to the Home screen and tap Gallery.
    2. Then select the Camera album (your pictures should be saved there by default).
    3. Select the photo that you’d like to set as wallpaper.
    4. Then press the Menu key -> tap Set image as -> select Home screen wallpaper.
    5. Crop the picture if you think is necessary and tap OK.
    6. You may receive a prompt asking you if you’d like to set the picture as the Lock screen also -> make the desired choice.
    7. Then, to go back to the Home screen, just press the Home key.

    Sharing a Photo You Shot

    1. From the Home screen, tap Gallery.
    2. Select the Camera album.
    3. Then tap the photo that you’d like to share.
    4. Tap the Share icon located at the top right side of the screen and choose your preferred sharing option and just follow the on-screen prompts.
