Share iPhone Contacts with Google via iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer connected to the Internet, you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account, and then sync the account data with the Moto E4.

    1. Connect the iPhone to your computer via USB
    2. Open iTunes on the computer and go to “Info
    3. Enable “Sync Contacts With” and select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
    4. Sign in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
    5. Click “Apply” to begin the sync, and once done, switch to the Moto E4 and sign in with the same Google account used in iTunes
    6. Allow the account to sync contacts with your Android phone

Share iPhone Contacts via iCloud Backup:

NOTE: In case your iPhone contacts have already been backed up on your iCloud account, you can sign in to your account using a computer with Internet access, and export the contacts in a vCard file for use on Android.

    1. Open the Internet browser on the computer
    2. Head down to https://www.icloud.com/
    3. Sign in with your iCloud account and go to “Contacts
    4. Select the desired contacts and click “Settings” > “Export vCard
    5. After the vCard has been downloaded on the computer, follow one of the steps below:
      • Launch the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to “Google Contacts”, or:
      • Connect the Moto device to your PC via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and use “Contacts” to import it to your phonebook
    Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: While the two methods above require a computer connected to the Internet, alternatively you can share your iPhone contacts using third party applications like My Contacts Backup. This iOS third party app can back up and share iPhone contacts via email.

    1. Visit the App Store and install “My Contacts Backup” on the iPhone
    2. Open the app and tap “Backup” to create a vCard backup file of your iPhone accounts
    3. Once the vCard is done, tap “Email” to create a new email
    4. Make sure the vCard is attached to the email and send it to your own address
    5. Switch to the Moto device and open the email
    6. Download the attached vCard and import it using “Contacts

    Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Send Anywhere is another third party app you can use for contact transfer on Android and iOS. The app uses a peer-2-peer connection to share files cross-platform without requiring a computer.

    1. Visit the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
    2. Open the Google Play Store and install the same app on the Moto E4
    3. Launch the app on both smartphones
    4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts
    5. Select the desired contacts and tap “Send
    6. Select a transfer method on one of the smartphones and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process
