Sync iPhone Contacts with Google via iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer with an active Internet connection, you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. Then you can sync the account data, including contacts, with the Samsung device.

    1. Launch iTunes on the computer
    2. Connect the iPhone to your PC using the Lightning cable
    3. Once it connects, click the iPhone in iTunes and go to the “Info” section
    4. Enable “Sync Contacts With” and select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
    5. Sign in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
    6. Click “Apply” to start the sync
    7. Once done, sign in with the same Google account on the Samsung device and allow it to sync contacts with your phone

Share iPhone Contacts via iCloud Backup:

NOTE: In case your iPhone contacts have been previously backed up on your iCloud account, you can access the account on a computer with an active Internet connection and export the contacts in a vCard file for Android use.

    1. Open the Internet browser on the computer
    2. Head down to https://www.icloud.com/
    3. Sign in with your iCloud account
    4. Go to “Contacts
    5. Select the desired contacts and click “Settings” > “Export vCard
    6. Wait for the vCard to be downloaded on the computer
    7. Once done, use the Internet browser to import the vCard to “Google Contacts” or:
    8. Connect the Samsung device to your computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and use “Contacts” to import it to your phonebook

    Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: Although the two methods above require a computer connected to the Internet, alternatively you can use third party apps to share your iPhone contacts. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can be used to back up and share iPhone contacts via email.

    1. Visit the App Store and install “My Contacts Backup” on the iPhone
    2. Open the app and tap “Backup
    3. Wait for the app to create the vCard backup file
    4. Once done, tap “Email
    5. Compose a new email and ensure the vCard is attached
    6. Send the email and attachment to your own Gmail address
    7. On the Samsung device, open the email and download the vCard attachment
    8. Import the vCard to your phonebook using “Contacts

    Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Another third party app you can use is Send Anywhere, available on iOS and Android. The app uses a peer-2-peer connection to share contacts and other file types, cross-platform, without requiring a PC.

    1. Go to the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
    2. Visit the Play Store and install the same app on the Samsung device
    3. Open the app on both smartphones
    4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “ Contacts
    5. Select the desired contacts and tap “Send
    6. Lastly, select the desired transfer method, such as “Receive” or “Generate QR Code” and follow the on-screen steps to complete the process
