    Sync iPhone Contacts via iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer with an active Internet connection, you can sync your iPhone contacts to your Google account. Then you can sync the account data including contacts with the LG K20 V.

    1. Launch iTunes on the computer
    2. Connect the iPhone to your computer via USB using the Lightning cable
    3. In iTunes, click the iPhone and access “Info
    4. Enable “Sync Contacts With” and select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
    5. Sign in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
    6. Click “Apply” to start the sync
    7. Once the sync is complete, switch to the LG device and sign in with the same Google account used in iTunes
    8. Allow the account to sync contacts with your LG phone

Share iPhone Contacts via iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts are backed up on your iCloud account, you can sign in to your account on a computer connected to the Internet and export the contacts in a vCard file for android use.

    1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
    2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/ and sign in with your iCloud account
    3. Go to “Contacts
    4. Select the desired contacts and click “Settings” > “Export vCard
    5. After the vCard has been downloaded, follow one of these steps:
      • Open the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to “Google Contacts”, or:
      • Connect the LG device to your computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and import it to your phonebook via “Contacts
    Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: While the two methods above require a computer connected to the Internet, alternatively you can transfer your iPhone contacts using third party applications. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can back up and share iPhone contacts via email.

    1. Launch the App Store and install “My Contacts Backup” on the iPhone
    2. Launch the app and tap “Backup”. This will create a vCard backup file of your iPhone contacts
    3. Tap “Email” and ensure the vCard is attached
    4. Send the email and attachment to your own email address
    5. On the LG K20 V, open the email and download the vCard attachment
    6. Import the vCard to your phonebook using “Contacts

    Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Another third party app you can use is Send Anywhere, available on Android and iOS. The app uses a peer-2-peer connection to share contacts and other file types cross-platform without requiring a computer.

    1. Go to the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
    2. Visit the Play Store and install the same app on the LG K20 V
    3. Open the app on both smartphones
    4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts
    5. Select the desired contacts to share and tap “Send
    6. Lastly, choose the desired transfer method on one of the devices and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process
