Update: How much do you pay for tax?

    Dr - for comparison here is the following detail for my Verizon 39.99 AC
    plan:
    39.99 AC Plan
    4.99 Mobile Web
    4.99 Pix Promo
    5.86 Partial month outside of full month to synch with one bill
    -----
    55.83
    1.30 text messages
    10.26 detailed tax & fees from original message
    ------
    67.39 Total bill

    Looks like about 18%; which seems a little low, but given that, it would
    seem that all carriers are in the 18-22% area. But 10.26/55.83 would yield
    a rounded 18%.
