The Android Samsung Galaxy Tab for Verizon is receiving a price chop, thanks to Verizon. Verizon has dropped the price of the Galaxy Tab by $100 off of the original price and is now $499.99. With this price drop comes a $60 credit toward movie rentals from Blockbuster or Samsung's Media Hub.

Better yet, If you have already purchased the Samsung Galaxy Tab in the last two weeks, you can take the Galaxy Tab back to where you have purchased it from and they will give you a $100 refund.

The $100 price chop is good news for Verizon customers wanting the Samsung Galaxy Tab, but it's still $100 more than the one's Sprint and T-Mobile is offering.
