Verizon's Lack of Phone Selection - Verizon Please Read

    Yes, this has been suggested by others, but that's a terrible
    solution! I shouldn't have to spend extra $40-50 for an extended
    battery and then put up with the increased bulk and weight.

    TDMA systems seem to drain the batteries less than do CDMA ones.
    I've had the same experience with simular phones on both systems.

    It's just the opposite for me. With my old phone, my regular routine was to
    immediately put it on the charger when I got home. With the 4400, I got out
    of that habit somehow, with the result that I forget to charge it until
    it's nearly dead.
