    The first CS rep was *entirely* wrong. If you get that again, ask
    them to explain "Quick2Net" service (also known as QNC). That's the
    name VZW gives the slow-speed 14.4K service. It is included with all
    digital VZW service, at no additional cost other than your cell phone
    minutes. You don't have to do anything to have it added to your
    account...it's attached to all accounts automatically. In fact, it's
    even attached to VZW Prepay accounts, something I found out by
    accident a while back.

    The 4400 FAQ - which I linked on this thread a while back - will
    explain how to do it.
